The Home Screen Print this Article
Your account home screen provides an at-a-glance summary of the status of your account, billing, support issues and all services. To visit your home screen, click Home on the top menu bar at any time. You must be logged in to view your home screen; you will be prompted to log in if necessary.
Your home screen is divided into several areas - in the main screen area:

- A status bar tells you the number of current Services you have, any Quotes that have been generated for you, the number of open support Tickets for you, and any outstanding Invoices for your account. You can click on any of those sections of the status bar to get a detailed list of that type of item.
- Your Active Products/Services contains a list of the current services in your account. Only the first 3 - 4 items will be displayed, so click View All to see the full list. Clicking on any item in this list takes you to the management area for that item.
- Recent News will contain any important news and announcements from Datacate. Click an item in this list to see the full announcement. Click View All to see the full list.
- Recent Support Tickets will contain any recent tickets for your account, whether open or closed (the status of the ticket will be displayed).
- If you have any past-due invoices, the Unpaid Invoices area will display those. Click on an invoice to display it - you will be able to pay the invoice online once displayed.
- Your Info - displays your current account info. Click Update to make changes to this
- Contacts - manage your primary and sub-account contacts here (use this guide)
- Shortcuts - contains links to Order New Services, Log Out and other functions (varies by screen).
- Home - click this to get back to your home screen at any time
- Services - click this drop-down and select one of the following:
- My Services - an alternate way to get a list of your current active services
- Server Monitoring - if you have ordered a CloudMonitor plan, this link to your active monitors will appear
- Order New Services - takes you to the catalog of services so that you can place an order
- View Available Add-ons - shows a list of any add-on services that might be available to you
- Billing - click this drop-down and select one of the following:
- My Invoices - view a complete list of all invoices for your account, click on any invoice to see details
- My Quotes - view a list of any quotes issued for your account, click on a quote to see details
- Mass Payment - settle multiple unpaid invoices at once
- Manage Credit Card - update your card on file
- My Invoices - view a complete list of all invoices for your account, click on any invoice to see details
- Support - click this drop-down and select one of the following:
- Tickets - view all support tickets for your account - click a ticket to view its details
- Announcements - view all news and notifications regarding services from Datacate
- Knowledgebase - access this knowledgebase
- Downloads - access any downloads that are available to clients
- Open Ticket - open a support ticket for technical or billing issues
- Affiliates - join our affiliate program and make money on clients that you refer to our services!
- Hello, <Your name> - click this drop-down to select one of the following:
- Edit Account Details - edit your name, address, email, phone number and set your default payment method and billing contact. Additional options are available from the sidebar of this screen:
- Billing Information - manage your credit card on file
- Contacts/Sub-Accounts - add additional person(s) to your account as contacts and optionally give them various access permissions (see this guide)
- Change Password - change your password
- Email history - review messages that have been sent to you by the system.
