We've completed a series of updates to our Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS) product. Along with various improvements and bug fixes, new features include Disk Compression Support - save space by applying QuickLZ or ZLib compression format to your backups.

We've completed updates to our support ticketing system, including various bug fixes and functionality improvements. Most noticeably, Cloud Services clients can now include multiple attachments when creating a new ticket ( as well as when replying to existing open tickets).
