Cancelling CDN Service  Print this Article

If you no longer need any CDN resources, you can cancel your CDN service and it will be removed from your account and billing at the end of your current billing cycle. Note that any resources that you have deployed in the CDN will be destroyed if they still exist on the cancellation date, so be sure to make changes as needed so that you are no longer reliant on the CDN for content delivery as of that date:
  1. Go to your client area homepage;
  2. Find the Datacate CDN under "Your Active Products/Services" and click on it;
  3. If you wish to remove one or more CDN resources but plan to keep the CDN service, simply click the Delete button alongside each resource that you no longer need, and confirm removal in the dialog box which follows;
  4. To remove CDN service from your account, click Request Cancellation, either on the sidebar or in the Manage Product area;
  5. Provide a reason for the cancellation (optional), then click Request Cancellation.
  6. Customer service will review your request and reach out to you with any questions. Unless you hear otherwise, the CDN service will be canceled and removed from your account and billing at the end of the current billing cycle.
