Cancelling A VDC Məqaləni çap et
NOTE: The server management system places all requests in a queue which uses a first-in-first-out model and may relay commands and requests over long distances. Some operations may take up to several minutes before they are completed and the results are updated in the management interface. Please be patient and do not submit duplicate commands as this will only result in problems. |
If you no longer need any services in a VDC, you can cancel it, and it will be removed from your account and billing at the end of your current billing cycle. Note that any services that you have built in the VDC will be destroyed if they still exist on the cancellation date, so be sure to take copies of any important data before cancelling your service:
- Go to your client area homepage;
- Find your VDC under "Your Active Products/Services" and click on it;
- If you wish to remove one or more servers but keep the VDC, simply click the Delete button alongside the server(s) that you no longer need, and confirm removal in the dialog box which follows;
- To remove the entire VDC from your account, click Request Cancellation, either on the sidebar or in the Manage Product area;
- Provide a reason for the cancellation (optional), then click Request Cancellation.
- Customer service will review your request and reach out to you with any questions. Unless you hear otherwise, the VDC will be cancelled and removed from your account and billing at the end of the current billing cycle.
