Ordering CloudMonitor Services  Print this Article

  1. Select Services -> Order New Services from the top menu bar;
  2. Chose the category Global Monitoring Service from the left sidebar;
  3. Review the CloudMonitor packages available, and click Order Now button for the desired package. Note that you can do an in-place upgrade later if you select the 'Basic' or 'Pro' package;
  4. Review your order. If you wish to add more services, repeat steps 1 through 3. Otherwise, click Checkout to proceed to the payment page;
  5. Fill in the required details, or click Already Registered if you have an existing account and wish to sign in. Complete the payment information area with your credit card details - if you are signed in and have made a previous order, you will have the option of using card info that you have provided before;
  6. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service, then click Complete Order. Processing your order and activation of your services will take some time, please be patient during this process. If any problems arise, you will receive informational messages.
  7. That's it! You will receive an order confirmation on screen and via email. You can proceed to your client Home Page to set up your monitoring services.
