Cancelling CloudMonitor Services  Print this Article

If you no longer need any monitoring services, you can cancel your CloudMonitor service and it will be removed from your account and billing at the end of your current billing cycle. Note that any monitors that you have set up will be permanently removed if they still exist on the cancellation date, so be sure that you are no longer reliant on CloudMonitor for uptime monitoring of that date:
  1. Go to your client area homepage;
  2. Find the CloudMonitor service under "Your Active Products/Services" and click on it;
  3. If you simply wish to remove one or more monitors but plan to keep the CloudMonitor service, simply click Manage Monitors, click the Edit button for the monitor(s) you wish to remove, then click the Delete button to remove that monitor;
  4. To completely remove the CloudMonitor service from your account, click Request Cancellation, either on the sidebar or in the Manage Product area;
  5. Provide a reason for the cancellation (optional), then click Request Cancellation.
  6. Customer service will review your request and reach out to you with any questions. Unless you hear otherwise, the CloudMonitor service will be cancelled and removed from your account and billing at the end of the current billing cycle.
