  1. Click Home to go to your client area if needed, then click on CloudMonitor under "Your Active Products / Services" (You can also click the Services Panel near the top of the page to get your full list of current services if there are more than will fit in the on-page list). Then on the Manage tab, click on Manage Monitors. Alternate method: On the Services drop-down menu, click on Server Monitoring, then click on Manage.
  2. To view stats for a monitor, click Stats. The resulting screen will display the daily uptime percentage for the last week, a response time graph, and an events list for the monitor. Click Go Back when done.
  3. Click Contact List to add a list of secondary contacts associated with this monitor. If the monitor generates a notification, each person on the Contact List for that monitor will receive a notification at the email address and/or mobile number provided;
  4. Click Edit to change the properties for the monitor. The following functions are available: Monitor Type, Monitor Name, Monitoring Location, URL/IP, Port, and Interval can be edited and the new value(s) saved by clicking Save Changes, or abandoned by clicking Go Back (see this guide);
  5. Click Disable Monitor to make the monitor inactive while retaining all other settings and data;
  6. Click Delete to remove the monitor and all of its data;
  7. Click Maintenance Schedule to work with maintenance schedules for this monitor (see this guide);
